Motorola H680 Bluetooth Headset The Motorola H680 has good sound, though the earpiece is uncomfortable, so I couldn’t talk for more than 5 minutes using it and therefore returned the item. It would help if they had different sized parts that fit in your ears.

You sent me a defective headset. It doesn’t charge and won’t turn on. I’m not even convinced that this a new item, which I thought I was purchasing. I’m very disappointed with this item since it’s worthless.

Very poor headset compared to Jabra and Plantronics purchased same time
I bought a Jabra (behind the ear) a plantronics 925, and this. This was the worst performing one out of the three.
Call quality was poor, customers had a hard time understanding me, etc.
I immediately put this back into the case and sent back to amazon. If youre curious, the 925 worked best for me.

Very uncomfortable to wear and has a poor listening quality. The vendor would not let me return this product either so now I am stuck with it and I’m not going to use it. Would anyone like to buy it from me?

There is nothing wrong with this headset it works fine. It is shipped in a small plastic bag. The different ear buds were not shipped as part of the package. Wish I had known it was a “bulk packaged” item and not retail.
Package includes: headset, home charger,oval earbud, and one small earloop.
