  1. We ordered 2 Motorola H715 blue tooth from this company and 1 didn’t work right away so I called and sent it back and the company replaced it of which also doesn’t work. The other blue tooth worked for a while and now isn’t working so I think we will have to send both of them back and get a refund. The company claims they are NEW items but we now think they are junk, used, and possibly refurbished items. Not recommended by us!

  2. I’m sure I purchased a brand new Bluetooth – at least I thought I did. The package came opened and the Bluetooth did not have a protected clear cover on it. When the Bluetooth is fully charged, it’ll only last a very short period of time. I had the same model Bluetooth before, it worked really well and I really like it. That is why when I lost my Motorola H715 Bluetooth, I just went ahead and purchased the same one.

I thought I was getting a brand new Bluetooth for a very good price. There was no where that mentioned the Bluetooth was refurblished.

    A little disappointed!

  3. I had a previous version of this Motorola Headset (the H710). It worked great except that over the years the battery would not hold its charge. I bought the H715 thinking it would work similarly. However, it dropped out after a couple of minutes and wouldn’t reconnect unless you got off the call and made another. I thought it might be my phone, but the problem doesn’t happen with the original H710 I have. Also, this headset uses a micro USB to charge which nothing else I have uses, so I can’t easily charge unless I carry around it own charger whereas before I could either use a usb cable on my laptop or the usb charger on my phone. I would definitely not recommend this device to anybody.

  4. I would recommend this to others. Not much difference from the H710 to the H715 but still a nice piece.

  5. I like the small size of this headset. I’ve had it about a month and battery life and reception work very well.
